Mechanical works is carried out by our joint venture company named Oü Ciserv BLRT Baltica and it will provide a single source of marine service of engines, gearboxes, propellers, and other ship equipment including propulsion systems.

Sandblasting and painting of the vessels in dry-docks is carried out by Baltic-Premator, the Estonian-Swedish joint venture enterprise, using Swedish technology and special equipment for coating with any kind of paint including the ice-stable paints.

We also keep a wide range of hatch covers sealing rubber, hydraulic pipes and joints manufactured by Mac GREGOR. We also have a bonded warehouse, which allows us to store ship's equipment, materials, etc. safely while the vessel is under repair.

If your vessels ply the West African shipping lanes then our repair dock in the port of Luanda in the Republic of Angola may be useful to you. Our floating dock there has a lifting capacity of 8500 tons and our floating workshop can be at your service.
Telephone in Luanda: 244-9150-1874, Director : Mr. Eduard Kakkenen.

Our yard executes the inspection of the vessels’ steel constructions and measurement of hull thickness. This service is certificated by such classification societies as: Germanisher Lloyd, DNV, BV, MRS, Lloyd’s Register. (Tehnomet Survey)

Tallinn Shipyard also offers our customers the option of having certain repair works carried out in the nearby ports of the city of Tallinn whilst undergoing operations. A similar service is available for vessels in transit or even in other foreign ports. (Valge Karu)
